Rules of engagement for collaborating with the Sparrow Films collective. High standards, transparent process.
By accessing this website or engaging Sparrow Films for production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Engagement
Sparrow Films provides high-end visual architecture, content strategy, and production services. Every project begins with a clear brief and a mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate production contract:
- All final delivered assets belong to the client upon full payment.
- Sparrow Films retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, reels, and social media for agency promotion.
- Raw footage and project files remain the property of Sparrow Films unless a buyout agreement is reached.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure cinematic quality, clients are expected to provide timely feedback and necessary brand assets (logos, brand guidelines, etc.). Delays in feedback may result in shifts in the production timeline.
4. Payment Terms
Engagement typically requires an upfront deposit to secure production dates and crew. Final delivery of high-resolution files occurs upon receipt of the remaining balance. All quotes are valid for 30 days.
5. Confidentiality & Data
We respect the strategic nature of your campaigns. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project details. As per our Privacy Policy, we do not share client data with third parties.
6. Liability
Sparrow Films is committed to excellence, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our delivered content or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi/Noida.
